This combination of classes trains every muscle while also providing accountability, encouragement, meal plans, and coaching. Commit to three fun workouts a week for 10 weeks, follow your coach's simple healthy lifestyle plan and launch yourself toward your health and fitness goals.

Classes start January 9th, 2018
Step 1: Decide on class times. We have three options for Zumba classes and two for Holy Yoga. Strong is on Tuesdays at 6:30pm. Make-up classes are Saturday mornings at 9am. 

Step 2: Invest in yourself. Reserve your classes. Don't forget to ask about childcare. 
Step 3: Invite a friend! Life is better together.
